The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial well-being support to the construction community and their families. A crucial element of the Lighthouse strategy is to provide a wide range of free and widely available pro-active resources to support the industry. The charity receives no public funding and relies on the generosity of those within in the industry to help continue their vital work supporting those in need within the construction industry.
Coffey is an Annual Company Supporter of the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity for 2021.

- 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline
The Lighthouse Club provides a free and confidential 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which is a free Employee Assistance Programme for the industry. Whether you’re an employer or an employee (either direct to Coffey or subcontractor/agency), the helpline provides the first point of contact for those who need to access a range of completely confidential support services.
- Construction Industry Helpline App
The 24/7 helpline is complemented by their free Construction Industry Helpline App which is the ultimate self-help tool. It is aimed at those who may not feel comfortable speaking with someone or would like more information about how they can help themselves before taking the next step in seeking professional help.
- Help Inside the Hard Hat Campaign
The Lighthouse Club has launched their ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ campaign to raise awareness of poor mental health within the construction industry.

The resources of the Lighthouse Club are there to provide emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to workers within the construction and their families who need that support.
