Our Shortlisted Projects & Achievements
BIM Excellence – Containerised Emergency Treatment Works
Coffey’s Containerised Emergency Treatment Works project has been recognised for its innovative application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital workflows in delivering sustainable, high-quality water treatment solutions. This project showcases how advanced digital technologies can improve efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in critical infrastructure development.
Civil Engineering (Up to €20M) – Terryland Water Intake Works, Galway
The Terryland Raw Water Intake Project is a €14 million investment ensuring the long-term sustainability of Galway’s water supply. This project replaces an intake system dating back to the 1860s with a modern 55 MLD (expandable to 90 MLD) facility, ensuring improved water security and resilience for the city’s growing population.
Construction Project Manager (Project Up to €15M) – Declan Murphy
We are especially proud to see Declan Murphy recognised for his outstanding leadership in project delivery. With extensive experience in civil engineering and project management across Ireland and Australia, Declan has played a crucial role in the successful execution of major infrastructure projects, including the Terryland Raw Water Intake. His expertise, dedication, and problem-solving approach make him a deserving finalist in this category.
